Introduction

NPIRE EXE LTD ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes mobile games. This policy explains what data we collect across our games, how we use it, and your rights. By playing our games you agree to this policy.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account & Identity

    • A unique anonymous user ID, created automatically by Firebase Authentication when you first launch a game

    • If you choose to link your account to Google Play Games (Android) or Apple Game Center (iOS), we receive your platform display name and use it as your in-game username

    • No email address or password is required to play

  • Game Progress (Cloud Saves) If you enable Cloud Saves in the privacy settings, the following categories of data may be stored in Firebase Firestore (Google LLC), depending on which game you are playing:

    • Username and platform (Android / iOS)

    • Gameplay statistics and performance metrics (e.g. scores, session counts, playtime)

    • In-game progress, unlocks, and earned content

    • Account creation date, last-modified timestamp, and session identifiers

  • Device & Technical Information

    • Device type, operating system version, and platform

    • Crash reports and error logs

  • Analytics (optional — only if consented)

    • Game events such as session length, level completions, and in-game actions

    • Device type and OS version

    • No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events

    • Processed by Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) and GameAnalytics

  • Advertising

    • If you consent to personalised ads, our advertising partners may collect a device advertising identifier to show you relevant ads

    • If you decline, you will still see ads but they will not be targeted to you

    • Ad partners: Unity LevelPlay (IronSource), Google AdMob, Unity Ads

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Operate our games and sync your progress across devices

  • Display your score on leaderboards

  • Improve our games through anonymous analytics

  • Show advertisements that fund the free-to-play experience

  • Respond to support requests

  • Comply with our legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party services that may process your data. Each operates under their own privacy policy, linked below.

  • Google LLC (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, Google Play Games)

    • Used for account sign-in, cloud save storage, crash reporting, ad serving, and platform leaderboards. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

  • Apple Inc. (Apple Game Center)

  • GameAnalytics ApS

  • ironSource Ltd (Unity LevelPlay)

  • Unity Technologies (Unity Ads)

Data transferred to Google LLC services may be processed in the United States under Google's Standard Contractual Clauses in compliance with UK and EU data protection law.

4. Linked Platform Accounts (Google Play / Game Center)

When you link your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account:

  • Firebase creates a permanent link between your Firebase user ID and your Google or Apple credential

  • Your platform display name is used as your in-game username

  • Your score may be submitted to the platform leaderboard

Important — what we cannot delete on your behalf: Scores and achievements recorded on Google Play Games or Apple Game Center are stored on Google's and Apple's servers. When you delete your NPIRE EXE account, we delete your data from our systems, but platform leaderboard scores and achievements remain and must be managed through your Google Account or Apple ID settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:

  • Third-party service providers listed in Section 3, acting as data processors under our instruction

  • Law enforcement or regulators where required by law

  • Acquirers of our business in the event of a merger or acquisition (you will be notified in advance)

6. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: Save data is retained for as long as your account exists

  • Deleted accounts: Cloud save data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Your Firebase authentication record is removed immediately

  • Analytics and advertising data: Retained as per the respective third-party providers' policies

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you

  • Rectification — Correct inaccurate data

  • Erasure — Delete your account and associated data, via Settings → Account in-game (where available), or by contacting us

  • Restriction — Ask us to pause processing your data

  • Portability — Receive your data in a portable format

  • Object — Object to processing based on legitimate interests

  • Withdraw consent — Update your consent choices at any time via Settings → Privacy Settings in-game

To exercise any right, contact support@npire-exe.com with your unique player ID (found in Settings → Account).

8. Children's Privacy

Our games are not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact support@npire-exe.com if you believe a child has provided us with data and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

Cloud save data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Where supported, data is additionally encrypted at rest with HMAC integrity validation. Firebase Firestore security rules restrict access so that only the authenticated user can access their own save data.

10. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be notified via an in-app message. Continued use of our games after notification constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
